Jab humara driver naya 19L canister deliver karta hai, to woh purana empty shell wapas le leta hai. Aap sirf paani ka pay karte hain — shell track hota hai aapke bottle ledger account mein. Har empty return aapka outstanding balance kam karta hai.
Agar mere paas wapas dene ke liye empty shell nahi hai to?
Naye customers ko pehla canister refundable deposit ke saath milta hai. Baad ki deliveries exchange model par hoti hain. Agar kabhi exchange miss ho jaye to nominal shell charge add hota hai, jo shell wapas karne par refundable hai.
